City Council (Nov. 19)

Parking: The council voted to extend the moratorium on a parking exemption for downtown developments for 30 days, with the expectation that it will be further extended in December. Yes: Burt, Espinosa, Holman, Klein, Price, Schmid, Shepherd, Yeh Absent: Scharff

Council Policy and Services Committee (Nov. 20)

Vehicle habitation: The committee voted to create a pilot program for vehicle dwellers that would consider using city-owned lots to provide space for them. Yes: Espinosa, Holman, Schmid No: Klein

Office: The committee discussed the recent audit of the city's process for purchasing office supplies and heard from Administrative Services Department staff about its response to the audit. The committee voted to accept the audit. Yes: Unanimous
