City Council (July 16)
Parking: The council rejected the proposed permit-parking program for a portion of Professorville and directed staff to explore broader solutions, including new garages and zoning changes, to address a parking shortage downtown. Historic Resources Board (July 18)

Architectural Review Board (July 19)
