ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board plans to discuss 145 Hawthorne Ave., a proposal to build three multi-family residential units; 3127 El Camino Real, a proposal for a single-story addition to an existing building; and 2640 Birch St., a request by Hohbach Realty Company Limited Partnership for review of a new four-story, mixed-use building with eight residential units and ground-floor office space. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
