Correction

In the Weekly's Feb. 10 News Digest, it was erroneously stated that planned changes to California Avenue in Palo Alto would be "funded by a $1.2 million California Massage Therapy Council grant." Rather, it would be funded by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. The Weekly regrets the error.
