City Council (July 11)
Cubberley: The council decided to send a letter to the Foothill-De Anza Community College District stating that the city does not wish to sell an 8-acre portion of Cubberley Community Center. Yes: Burt, Espinosa, Holman, Klein, Scharff, Schmid, Shepherd, Yeh Absent: Price

City Council (July 12)
Arbitration: The committee discussed possible ballot measures to repeal and modify the binding-arbitration provision in the City Charter and voted to send these measures to the full council. Yes: Unanimous

Planning and Transportation Commission (July 13)
