Finance Committee (Nov. 16)
Utilities: The committee discussed the Gas Utility Long-term Plan (GULP) proposed by the Utilities Department. The committee directed staff to return with more information about the city's strategy for long-term gas procurement. Action: None
Historic Resources Board (Nov. 17)
405 Lincoln Ave.: The board discussed the proposed demolition of a house at 405 Lincoln Ave., in the historic Professorville district, and construction of a new house. The board considered a motion to recommend that the house is compatible with the district and split 2-2, with dissenting members saying the project is incompatible because of the roofline and eave treatment.
