Correction

A Jan. 22 story about Judge Lucy Koh stated Mariano-Florentino Cuellar is a top advisor on immigration issues to the Obama administration. Cuellar is special assistant to the president for justice and regulatory policy, an advisor on criminal justice and regulatory matters as well as immigration issues.
