PUBLIC ART IN LOS ALTOS HILLS... A starry night and the Stars and Stripes are among the patterns painted on tiles in the new serpentine wall at Los Altos Hills Town Hall. Starting in 2004, local students and other residents hand-painted the tiles to create the wall, which Los Altos Hills art curator Karen Druker says is the first public-art project in town. Town Hall is at 26379 Fremont Road; the town's website is at losaltoshills.ca.gov.
