Woodside attorney named Superior Court judge

Palo Alto offers holiday-lights trade

Palo Alto utilities customers can trade in their old holiday lights for a free string of new, energy-efficient LED bulbs. County debuts drug-discount program

All residents of Santa Clara County can now use a new, free prescription-drug discount card, which allows them to save an average of 22 percent on drugs purchased at participating pharmacies. 47 Bay Area residents fail to Spare the Air
