FROM LAKE CHARLES, LA . . . comes D.C. Flynt, owner and executive chef of the five-star Cafe Margaux. Flynt, who is also the host of the new Public Television show "The Everyday Gourmet," will make a stop at Draeger's Market, 1010 University Drive, Menlo Park, to host a "French Wine Dinner with Creole Accents" at 7 p.m. March 4.
