Robert Bruce (Reb) Lucas, 49, a longtime Palo Alto resident, died Jan. 25 in Palo Alto. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7, at Friends Meeting House, 957 Colorado Avenue, Palo Alto.Herbert G. Susmann, 68, a 30-year Palo Alto resident, died on Feb. 3 in Palo Alto. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Unitarian-Universalist Church, 505 East Charleston Road, Palo Alto.
