The first public hearing in front of the Palo Alto City Council is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 27. That will be followed by meetings scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 30; Tuesday, Feb. 4; Thursday, Feb. 6; Saturday, Feb. 8 and Tuesday, Feb. 11. The first three meetings are scheduled for public testimony, and the last three for council deliberation.
But that likely will not be the end of the debate. Several council members have indicated their desire to give residents an opportunity to vote on the project.
