Jones-Krappe
Glynnis Elizabeth Jones and Kirk Gary Krappe were married Aug. 19 at Stanford Memorial Church. The bride is the daughter of Helen Jones of Palo Alto and the late Stephen M. Jones. A graduate of Palo Alto High School and University of the Pacific, she is a buyer with Stanford Health Services in Stanford. The groom is the son of Peter and Jeanne Krappe of Devon, England. A graduate of the University of London and Insead in Paris, he is vice president of Agewave Health Services in Emeryville. The couple will live in San Carlos.
Armstrong-Michels
Lorelei Armstrong and Peter Michels were married Sept. 23 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Palo Alto. The bride is the daughter of Benjamin and Jean Armstrong of Palo Alto. A graduate of Gunn High School and Rhode Island School of Design, she is an administrative assistant at Iowa State University Hospital. The groom is the son of Frank and Maria Michels of Weston, Conn. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, he is an engineering manager with Enzmed Inc. of Iowa City, Iowa. The couple will live in Iowa City.

Kara Nadine Mashburn and Jeffrey David Shaw were married Oct. 1 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Menlo Park. The bride is the daughter of Jacquie de Petris of Palo Alto and works in financial reporting at Intel in Santa Clara. The groom is the son of David Shaw of Menlo Park and Judy Shaw Lundy of Cupertino. He is a law librarian with Graham & James in Palo Alto. The couple will live in Mountain View.
