LOCAL DOC. . . "Ending AIDS: The Search for a Vaccine," a documentary made by Kikim Media of Menlo Park, airs next Wednesday at 9 p.m. on KQED. Filmmakers Michael Schwartz and Bill Jersey look at two decades of work on finding an AIDS vaccine, covering efforts by scientists, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies. Actor and AIDS activist Richard Gere narrates.
