CORRECTION/CLARIFICATION . . . In the Nov. 25 article on holiday baking, "Do try this at home," Yannette Fichou Edwards has been teaching through the Palo Alto Adult School and Menlo Park Recreation for 12 years. In addition, she offers private cooking classes in people's homes, not homes of friends. She also occasionally leads culinary and other tours for a local travel agency, but is not a full-time travel agent. She does share her recipes -- in class and through her cookbooks. She made her first cookie recipe when she was a Girl Scout Brownie.
