Dr. Arthur J Kendall, a resident of Menlo Park, died July 16. A memorial service will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. July 26 at his home in Menlo Park, 2071 Camino A Los Cerros. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stanford Hospital Music Fund, 2700 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
