Palo Alto Unified School District ... The Board of Education will discuss choosing a Measure A oversight committee. Board members will also discuss the budget and lighting for Gunn High School's athletic fields. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 14 in the district's board room (25 Churchill Ave.).

Palo Alto City Council ... The council will discuss a proposed ban on leaf blowers and a proposal to place an amendment to the city Charter on the ballot that would allow council members to serve a third consecutive term. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, June 13 inside the City Council Chambers of City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

Palo Alto Architectural Review Board . . . The board will review an application for a three-story building, including 50,000 square feet of research and development space and 84 two-story apartments at 195 Page Mill Road and along Park Boulevard. The board will also review a request for variances on a single-family home under construction at 644 Forest Avenue. The meeting will be held at 8 a.m. Thursday, June 16 in the City Council Chambers inside the City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
