Here's a tentative timeline for the trial against two Palo Alto police officers:

*Judge Andrea Bryan will hear numerous motions on Wednesday and Thursday.

*Jury selection is expected to begin on Monday.

*Once opening statements begin, possibly sometime next week, the trial is expected to last three to four weeks.

The trial is being held in Santa Clara County's Hall of Justice, Department 42, in San Jose.

Police Chief Lynne Johnson is expected to be called as a witness, among other police officers.
