For our Spring Real Estate special section, which publishes March 23 and 25 in the Almanac and Weekly, we're looking for people who've made some recent real estate decisions. Have you:

* Purchased a condo or house for a college student -- either around here or in another state -- with the eye to sell after four years? Did it pay for the college education?

* Recently looked for a house locally, and finally scored after losing several to multiple offers?

* Decided to re-enter the market, after giving up last fall?
