The Peninsula Orchid Society will present Orchid Luau, its annual show and sale, on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 8-9, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fair Oaks Community Center, 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. Exhibits, demonstrations and lectures will focus on orchid culture, growing and potting tips. There will also be plant sales. Admission is $5 regular, $3 senior, disabled or children 12-16.
