The senior defended her Central Coast Section Division II individual title in cross country by running the second-fastest time ever (17:42) on the Toro Park course to earn a return trip to the state meet.

The senior had 177 yards rushing on 13 carries and scored three TDs - two on runs of 69 and 70 yards - and was solid at defensive back to help the Vikings finish 7-3 and earn a No. 2 seed for the CCS football playoffs.
