(May 12, 2004)Purchasing an $82,000 hovercraft is one of many City of Palo Alto projects that does not have full funding.
More than $300 million will be needed to create the future that city leaders would like. Private dollars, bonds, foundation grants and federal money are all potential ways the city could fund the projects.
