Thursday

"My Antonia"
will run through April 25 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St. (corner of Mercy). Adapted by Scott Schwartz from Willa Cather's masterpiece, the TheatreWorks play features music by Stephen Schwartz. Set in Nebraska in the 1880s, "My Antonia" chronicles the story of an immigrant girl whose passion and resilience define the pioneer spirit. Show times are Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.; Wednesdays through Fridays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays at 2 and 8 p.m.; Sundays at 2 and 7 p.m. (2 p.m. only on April 25). "Visual Voice" audio-described performances will be available April 23-24 at 8 p.m., and April 25 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $20-$48; discounts are available for youth, students, seniors and members. "The American Landscape" will run through June 30 at the Lyons Ltd. Antique Print Gallery, located in the Town and Country Village in Palo Alto. The exhibition draws from a 300-year history of English and American printmakers depicting America the Beautiful. "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"
will preview tonight at 8 p.m. at the Lucie Stern Theatre, 1305 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto. The show will officially open on Saturday at 8 p.m. and run through May 9. Show times are 8 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $17 for tonight's preview performance; $27 for the opening-night performance, with a champagne gala to follow. Regular tickets are $21 for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday performances; $25 for Friday and Saturday evenings. "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" will open tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Castilleja's Chapel Theater, 1310 Bryant St, corner of Embarcadero in Palo Alto. Additional show times are April 24, April 30 and May 1 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 general admission; $5 students and will be available at the door. The Stanford Savoyards will present Gilbert and Sullivan's "Patience" tonight and Saturday at 8 p.m. at Stanford's Dinkelspiel Auditorium. The 9th Annual All Faiths Gospel Music Festival will take place tonight and Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. at e Lutheran Church, 3149 Waverley St in Palo Alto. Award-winning choirs and top jazz groups will be featured. A $10 donation is suggested. Garth Fagan Dance
will perform tonight at 8 p.m. at Stanford's Memorial Auditorium. Presented by Stanford Lively Arts, the program will feature a revival of "Griot New York," performed to live music by the Wycliffe Gordon Septet. "Picasso to Thiebaud:Modern Contemporary Art from the Collections of Stanford University Alumni and Friends" will be on display through June 20 at the Iris & B. The San Francisco International Film Festival
will kick off its Peninsula mini-festival today at Century Cinema 16 Theaters, 1500 North Shoreline Blvd. in Mountain View. Tickets are $12 regular admission, $10 for seniors/students/disabled. Blue Balkan Ensemble with Larry Vuckovich will perform folk music and jazz today at 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts (SecondStage), 500 Castro St. (corner of Mercy).
