Spago Palo Alto will host a Chinese New Year dinner event on Sunday, Feb. 22. Spago co-owner Wolfgang Puck will be on hand for the festivities, as will Executive Chef Aram Mardigian. A five-course menu, showcasing Chinese cuisine, will be served. The cost is $70 per person (beverage, tax and gratuity are not included). Reservations can be made from 5:30 p.m. on.
