Oh my gosh! I was distracted, as was the Archigectural Review Board, while an ultra ugly building was built along Alma near Homer. It looks like a prison! It's probably too late to do much about it. Can it be covered with ivy? And how can we make sure this doesn''t happen again?

Why are the meeting in close session to discuss the Maybell zone change? Does it involve litigation?
