To clarify a point in the article... My clients do embrace superfoods, however, the only soy I gently encourage must be fermented as you'll find with organic miso and organic tempeh, but not tofu of any kind. Fermented foods provide the gut with good bacteria which few of us get enough of. There are many different superfoods beyond leafy greens like broccoli and spinach, so variety is readily available. Also, if you are not a vegetarian, there are plenty of high-quality, organic animal products you can enjoy as you get slim and stay slim.
My best friend in another state tried this after the Lap Band failed to work. She also tried lifestyle changes along with diet and exercise.

is based in the mind-body connection. In other words the body is always responding to what the mind is thinking. As an example of that, Aristotle, many hundreds of years ago said, "a vivid imagination compels the body to obey it, for it is a natural principle of movement."
