Six candidates, from proud gadfly to self-proclaimed neutral observer, are in the running for an open seat on the Palo Alto Library Advisory Commission (LAC). The City Council is expected to make its selection Monday. "I have something unique to offer that no one else can," candidate Bob Moss said Wednesday at City Hall.
