People gathered at St. Francis of Assisi Church in East Palo Alto Wednesday night for an annual candlelighting service in memory of the 230 people who have been killed since the city incorporated in 1983. I wish they could have added all the names of our fallen soldiers for all to pay respects. For all are trully loved and missed. "R.I.P."
