We all have an affinity to violence. The adults among us also have an understanding of the consequences of violence.

Rice was wrong about the Soviets, and now she's wrong about Iraq. She's a bright, affable person, with sharp intelligence, but her instincts about international policy are pretty poor. It's quite an irony.
