Could these two be responsible for the Post Office robbery?

Could the one with "frizzy hair" be responsible for the bank robbery?

How could they have done the Post Office burglary if they have been arrested and are not out on bail?! Unfortunately there are more than 2 derelicts out there!

so police take out theire frustration at not catching these criminals by ticketing bike rider who gets ticked off cause they are blaming him for everything.this proves that bike rider had nothing to do with crimes. thats frustrtating to always be blamed.

I always wondered about when stolen credit cards are used at gas stations. When I use my card at gas stations I always have to enter the billing zip code before it can be used. Do all credit cards or gas stations not have this restriction in place? I can't remember the last time I did not have to enter my zip code before pumping gas.

If you rob A guy walking around a neighborhood it is pretty easy to guess what his zip code is. There aren't that many for Palo Alto. Sounds like they weren't as dumb as they look.
