This death could easily have been avoided if all drivers entrusted to carry passengers were required to blow into a breathalyzer before starting the vehicle (there are other ways to try and assess a driver's sobriety before they can start the vehicle but I am not up to date on that technology. This is such a shame and I feel so much for the family of the victim. I wonder if this driver was a "lone wolf" and driving independently or if he worked for a company. It seems like a bit of a fly by night thing if he was using a converted RV. I hope the vehicle was adequately insured. What a shame this happened. I also wonder if the driver had been arrested for DUi before. So many questions..
