It was expected, after stopping the emergency. EPA should always be on emergency. I am surprised it actualli took a little long. After this one expecto the same old situation. The bad guys already know that we are short on police officers.
@ 'it was expected'; note the time, 3:19 pm. The 'emergency curfew' would have done nothing for this incident.
Also, it seems that 'shot spotter' serves no purpose other than, where to begin searching for victims.
It makes a big difference to the person shot. especially if they are innocet bystanders. Having emergency personnel arrive a few minutes early can mean life or death. As a taxpayer in this community Shot Spotter was a great investment for this City.
