As a parent of one of the kids at the internship, I would also say that both Ashu and Jeremy deserve huge props for doing this: when I first heard about it, I doubted that they could pull it off: having dozens of kids hang around writing code, eating snacks, asking questions, being stuck, being demotivated, etc. There are so many roadblocks that need to be cleared and these two are doing it all, and more.

I'm very happy with the progress that my child has made, and how he's matured, but I think the really impressive bit has to be how much work this has required behind the scenes and how well these two kids have pulled it off.

Is this legal in a residential neighborhood? Why isn't address given? Does city zoning know about this?

Definitely should report this to the zoning department -- I can only imagine the trouble that these hooligans are causing...

Not trying to cause trouble or think they will, but I suffered for years with a lot of traffic next door that was illegal and allowed by zoning. I think this is a great idea for kids but wonder how much coming and going will take place. After all that is what offices are for.
