Kinia, I', sorry you feel this reporting ia biased and innacurate, but I don't think calling them names will make the situation better. If you know people who know more about the story than got written, introduce them to the reporter in the byline. It'a very common for a reporters to write a follow up story that digs deeper into why something like this happened. Get your sources to the reporter so that he (or she) will have the information they need to write a valid and truely all-encompassing follow up story.
It seems to me that you shouldn't complain a about a process unless you've tried to be a part of it first! If you've tried to improve it and gotten rejected, then you can and should take your complaints public.

Did Becky write this article? The grammar is terrible, ex: "decided the youth was larger than him," so it is hard to believe she did, based on her article about the city web site.
Also, for example, what does "assaulting a school employee with profanity" mean - an assault accompanied by profanity? Or "just" being profane?
Is the person's last name not actually capitalized?
This sounds more like it was posted by someone who is barely literate.
