One would think that by the age of 48 someone would know right from wrong?

That this guy is 48 makes me wonder if age should be a criterion for increasing a sentence. If youth and immaturity is the basis for leniency, why not look at someone like this and realize that he is or will be a perpetual menace to society?

I'll be more careful in gym parking lots now. My valuables were stolen via a window smash in a church parking lot once.

Good idea "some guy" - Mr. Gomez can use that Kindle while serving his time.

I think his personal motto should at least add 10 more years to any sentence if found guilty.

"No broken pane, no gain"
