Ronald Reagan was far ahead of his time, yet he was also in the center of it. He foresaw missle defense, when most thought it ridiculous. Now, we see a French socialist supporting it, using Reagan's logic.
It is time for a big monument to Reagan in DC, like the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial. His detractors were consistently less intellgient than him, although they always claimed that he was a dunce. He won the cold war, brought back America and outfoxed his detractors, including a couple of his own kids. He is a giant among presidents.
Where should the Reagan Memorial be placed in DC? Design? Paid for by private donations, of course.
