Original post made on Jul 11, 2014

Congratulations on your success with a delicious idea. As an aspiring small business person unable so far to get capital, I would like to know how you were able to finance your business. Good luck!

I hate to spoil the party, but back in1985 both Lucky's and Fry's sold "chocolate tacos", made with folded waffle cones , caramel, and chocolate ice cream, then dipped in more chocolate. A box of four was $4.

Obviously Rocko's are fresher, but they were by no means the first--the idea is NOT original.

@Not the First: if you look at the article you'll see that it said it was a new twist on an old idea. Ice cream tacos have been around forever -- and she wanted to make them fresh and organic. I cannot wait to try them!

[Portion removed.] This ice cream taco is unhealthy, yes, but unsound in the long run, financially. She will need a real education to fall back on when people tire of yet another twist on an old product.

@Not,
She HAS an education to fall back on! And business experience, succeed or fail. I'd buy one right now if I could, they look good.

Certainly sounds like a recipe for Type 2 Diabetes and childhood obesity.

BTW, those food trucks are mighty expensive.
