Residents have an opportunity to offer to council members feedback on the City Manager's performance. Given the recent spotlight on: The City Manager wanting the Sheriff's Office to take over policing services, her problems with timing in the hiring of a new police chief, her temerity in stopping part of the lunch program at the Senior Center, which serves meals to lower income elders, the ridiculous review of the Rent Stabilization Program (now public), and the Rent Stabilization Administrator's (also public) Response, residents may wish to make their views known to the Council.
You can give your feedback at the meeting, by phone or email between now and Tuesday. If residents want to attend in person, they must be there at 5:00pm. This may be hard for some residents, so that is why they can email the Council or call them.
