I read a fuller, but still confusing account in the Sunday SJ Mercury.

How does one get charged with Murder in a traffic accident? Manslaughter, and many other charges may seem warranted, but "murder"? Seems a stretch.

Hopefully this is not an (all-to common) instance of high speed police chase resulting in a fatal accident.
