The City could not have chosen a more qualified director! With what is happening to wildlife conservation worldwide, it is critical that children learn about this complex issue and what they can do...both to appreciate wildlife and to preserve their habitats.

Welcome to Palo Alto, John.

John Aikin is a conumate wildlife expert. Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo is getting a great person who has extradionary vision and passion for nature. It's Palo Alto Junior Museum gain and the San Francisco Zoo's loss - which seems to be the case with everything over there.

Better watch out that the lions do not escape here as they did in SF zoo,

what gross incompetence, no safety drill, no fence, Palo Alto deserves better

Wouldn't the bobcats be better off in a sanctuary?
