Sorry, couldn't help it. Try calling again, explain that perhaps their system is at fault and then call again. You may not get the help you requested, but you will get your message across.

Resident, Meadow Park: "Where have you been" Charleston Gardens next door to you has had four or five similar outages over the last year. You just have to be patient and eventually power comes back on. Go over to Peets and get a large Latte and relax!!!
A tree branch probably fell on the transmission lines because residents don't cut them back out of the wires. We will probably get a lot more outages before this coming Winter is over.
Incidentally, I grew up in South-East England during the blitz, and we never had so many power outages!!!!

The reason for so many power outages in this area is because the power lines are all above ground. We got them underground in England eons ago, and power outages are rare.
