Log-in Problem

Original post made by Norm, Midtown, on Apr 26, 2013

Can anyone explain why when I try to log-in on PA Online I get “Your Username or Email Address was not found in the system”, then when I try to just the link to check my password, it says “Your Username or Email Address was not found in the system, so I try to register again, and the system, which sent the Online via E-mail, tells me “That Email Address is already being used, if you have forgotten your password, use this link to have it e-mailed to you.”

To Norm at Midtown:
If you are trying to log on to the Palo Alto Weekly, you have the wrong address. PAonline is a different commercial company, not the newspaper. To get the Weekly, go to

Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund

For the last 23 years, the Palo Alto Weekly Holiday Fund has given away more than $4 million to local nonprofits serving children and families. When you make a donation, every dollar is automatically doubled, and 100% of the funds go directly to local programs. It’s a great way to ensure your charitable donations are working at home.
