Amateur Radio License Course Starting October 7

TECHNICIAN CLASS AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE COURSE STARTING OCTOBER 7

Do you know a prospective new ham looking for help in passing their first exam?
Members of emergency services teams looking to get their ham license so they can provide even better emergency services?
A former ham looking to get back in the swing of things?

This course will cover everything you need to know in order to pass the entry level FCC Technician Class License Exam.
Now's the perfect time to get your first ham license!
Not only will you gear up to pass the exam, you'll also gain valuable general radio and amateur radio practical knowledge, and learn other fun stuff!

The test will be given on the last formal day of the class.
All you need to do is show up (and study)!
Come and learn with your friends!

There will be a maximum of 30 students so that everyone has a chance to ask questions.

Dates: 7 two hour weekly classes starting Wednesday October 7 and
running through Wednesday November 18. There are five instructional
classes followed by the test session class, followed by an optional
hands-on live radio training class.
Time: 7 pm – 9 pm on Wednesday evenings
Location: Mountain View Fire Station, 1000 Villa Avenue, Mountain
View CA 94041
Cost: $35 (including any handouts and testing fees but not including book)
