AOL problems
Palo Alto Issues, posted by Aol User, a resident of the Palo Verde neighborhood, on Jan 24, 2007 at 6:23 pm

Has anybody else had problems with AOL Tuesday and Wednesday? I have tried to connect several times since Tuesday morning on our DSL line and have not succeeded. I did however manage to get on using dial up which is attached to my husband's computer. Is anyone else having similar problems and does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it?

Yes, I have heard from two people in the immediate area within the last 36 hours with regard to this issue as well as from another local computer consultant. It appears to be specific to AOL users who have DSL with ATT (formely SBC) and the problem resides between those two companies.

Yes, I have definitely had that problem about two weeks ago. I thought it was my computer, but before I could take it to get checked, the problem had corrected itself.

Its definitely an SBC/ATT/ AOL problem.

How do we get their attention on this problem?
