Explosion??

Did anyone hear an enormous explosion around 11:15 tonight (Sunday night)? Was much louder than any local fireworks I've heard and there were a lot of sirens heading in the JLS direction within minutes. Rattled the windows, walls, etc., loudest thing I've ever heard.

Explosion or gunshot type noise, yes. How can we find out what it was?

May have been a transformer....when the in-ground one's blow, they are LOUD!!! I know someone in the Crescent Park area has a seemingly endless supply of fireworks....some as loud as the commercial kind. Tired of hearing them.

I heard it too.... Saturday night, I thought. It was VERY loud, and was followed by a few loud sort of popping noises.
