Koloto, Lee plead not guilty to City Hall shooting

Otto Emil Koloto, the alleged shooter in an armed robbery-homicide that killed a 27-year-old man outside Palo Alto City Hall last year, pleaded not guilty to all charges today and asked that his case be transferred to a San Jose court.
