BUSINESS TAX: $150 tax on Stanford and Foothill students to be included? Why not?

Tax on artists, tax on writers, tax on architects, tax on the arts on general, galleries,all retail, etc., tax on gardeners,

Not one City Council member has ruled out TAXES on students, teachers as business including tutoring, professors who write, doctors, lawyers, even landlords , tenants and STUDENTS!
