Lozano's Car Wash rips off employees

Lozano's Car Wash (on El Camino near the Palo Alto/Mountain View border) is fined $270,000 by the Feds for systematically underpaying employees. The money will be distributed to 270 employees.

They have loss my business. Is it so hard to treat your employees to a fair working condition?

The city of Palo Alto has their autos (for staff) clean there.

Who keeps track of the money made from tips?

The IRS assumes a certain level of tips, and makes people in traditionally tipped jobs pay withholding on the assumed level.
