I'd like to talk to real people who are looking to buy a home -- ideally who set out last year but got discouraged, didn't find what they wanted or otherwise put their search on hold. Now they're back in the game.

What are you finding? Have prices gone down/up? Is there much choice? Are sellers willing to negotiate? Are there multiple offers bidding prices up? Is it harder to qualify for a loan?
