You can be picky and choosy when businesses are falling over each other for commercial space in your city. I was in SF yesterday, and I can tell you, I've never seen so many FOR RENT/FOR LEASE signs on buildings. Many now covered with graffiti.

The same thing here in the south bay. FOR RENT/FOR LEASE
